Mica Sheet is made of mica paper or mica flake impregnated with adhesive by process of baking at high temperature, with excellent hi-temp resistance, excellent electrical& mechanical properties, widely used for insulation in traction motor, crane motor, liner insulation in heater etc. Rigid and Flexible Mica Sheets are both available.
Mica Tape is made of mica paper reinforced by glass cloth, polyimide film, polyester film, electrical polyester non-woven and so on, bonded with hi-property adhesive resin, with excellent combined properties of flexible, easy-wrapping, low loss tangent, excellent mechanical properties, hi-temp resistance, high breakdown strength, widely used for coil insulation in medium and large high-voltage motor and traction motor, wrapping of all kinds of special cables.
