Properties and Applications: G10 and FR4 are made of electrical alkali-free glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin by processing under pressure and heat. G10, with high mechanical properties at medium humidity and good dielectric stability at high humidity, is applied to the mechanical lines, electron lines and electrical appliance lines. FR4 possess of anti-fire besides the properties G10 posses. |
