Insulation paper is made of wood pulp or high-temp fibers with excellent insulation property and impregnation property for oil transformers, Motors, wire & cable winding. There are several kinds of insulation papers as follows

Aramid Paper is a kind of C-class material, made of Aramid 1313 fiber, with perfect electrical and high temperature resistance properties. There are four types available, widely used in wrapping magnet wire and dry-type transformers as slot and phase insulation in C-class Motors and other electrical appliances, transformer coil end filler. It is also used for laminating with Polyester Film or Polyimide Film to make Flexible Laminates (NHN, NMN etc).

Kraft Paper (Fish Paper) is made of 100% sulphate wood pulp. It offers good mechanical strength, high dielectric strength, high density, low shrinkage, good flatness. It is widely used as electrical insulation materials in oil transformers, winding for wire & cable, the basic material for flexible composite,reactor and other electrical equipments and apparatus.

Electrical Crepe Paper is made of 100% imported pure wood pulp, through special wrinkling process, characterized by excellent oil-soluble performance, widely applied for the insulation of lapped parts of oil-transformers, mutual inductors and reactors, and wrapping of down-lead parts. helps to improve the electrical and mechanical performance.

Diamond Dotted Paper is made of Kraft paper coated with heat curable epoxy resin, the epoxy adhesive is applied to both sides of the paper in a diamond pattern. Mainly used in oil-immersed transformers for the insulation between coils. On the insulation layer, there is a layer dotted epoxy resin that will be changed with high temperature change that is to be called as felt. With inertia, dry and no conglutination at normal temperature (below30°C), it is made as electric conductor forever felt up as a hard unit under the high temperature by its internal latency substance. When the temperature is rising up to 90°C, The Diamond Dotted Paper appears one-off thaw and then one-off solidification. When to keep the temperature at 90°C for 90 minutes, the epoxy resin would paste on neighboring cable and paper safely. The felt intensity is as high as to 70psl at 100°C (The value at least is equal to 0.275Mpa, America standard).

Pressboard is made of 100% sulphate wood pulp. It offers good mechanical strength, high dielectric strength, high density, low shrinkage, good flatness. It is widely used as electrical insulation materials in oil transformers, Reactor and other electrical equipments and apparatus.

Prepreg Nomex Paper is thermosetting Nomex® (Type 410) prepreg, one side coated with modified epoxy resin. Thermal class H (180 °C).It is mainly used as interlayer insulation in pole coils of DC-motors.

Prepreg Paper is electrical insulating paper impregnated with B-stage phenolic resin through dried process, with good insulation properties, excellent strength and electrical properties. Due to B-Stage phenolic resin, it will be more simple and convenient for its application. It is mainly used for the laminated sheets, rods and tubes in the motors, transformers and electrical apparatus.

Vulcanized Paper is made of short cotton linter, with the process of heat alkaline treatment, bleaching into base paper and then zinc chloride treatment. The paper is hard and light, its hardness is similar to aluminum, but its specific gravity is only the half of aluminum. It has good machining, insulation performance, oil resistance. It can be made into all kinds of insulation parts under -40℃~80℃, which is widely used in motors, electrical equipment, household appliances and transformers
