FEP coated Polyimide Film (KYPIFEP)
KYPIFEP is Polyimide film coated with FEP resin on one side or both sides by the sintering process at high temperature, which combines the excellent properties of Polyimide film and FEP resin, high& low temp resistant, radiation resistant, excellent electrical properties, superior dimensional stability and heat sealable properties. It performs successfully in the wide range of temperature as low as -112F(-80c) and as high as +500F(+260c), widely used for insulation in motor, electrical apparatus and wrapping of cable and magnet wire. It can be melt and formed soon as desired at defined temperature.

KYPIFAR with Abrasion resistance

KYPIFAR are Polyimide film coated with FEP resin together special polymer materials on one side or both sides through the sintering process at high temperature, besides of KYPIFEP’s properties, KYPIFAR exhibits higher scrape abrasion resistance, electrical and physical properties, It is widely used for insulation in motor, electrical apparatus and wrapping of cable and magnet wire, it is more ideal choice for magnet wire in Oil pump where higher scrape abrasion resistance is required.

KYPIFCR with corona resistance
Polyimide FCR Film (KYPIFCR) is Polyimide corona-resistant film coated with FEP resin on one side or two sides the sintering process at high temperature, which combines the excellent properties of Polyimide corona-resistant film and FEP resin, and also obtains high corona-resistant and heat-conductive property, It can be widely applied for winding insulation of magnet wires for H~C class traction motors, high-voltage motors and generators etc.
