Properties and applications VPI mica tape is a kind of dry Micapaper tape by process of baking, supported by Glass cloth or Polyimide film and bonded with high property epoxy resin. It shows excellent electrical, mechanical properties, fast heat-emitting and good integrity with long operating life after coils wrapped and VPI treatment, widely used for VPI insulation in C-class DC and traction machines. |
