Properties and Application

SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) and DMC (Dough Moulding Compound) are reinforced composite materials based on a unsaturated polyester resin, filler and special glass fibre. The products meet the standard JB/T7770-1995

SMC and DMC Compounds are hard, rigid mouldings with excellent electrical resistance properties. They have replaced glass and ceramics for insulating applications. The manufacture of large flat panel type mouldings, with excellent strength, is used for commercial vehicle body parts.

Be applied to the insulation parts of transformer, motor and so on which requiring upper mechanical and dielectric property.
KYSMC-3		General mechanical and dielectic property， high creepage and trace resistance,， products can be used under temperature 130℃ for a long time.	Be applied to the insulation parts requiring general mechanical and dielectric property.
