Electrical Polyester Non-woven

Brief Introduction:

KY7031M electrical polyester fiber non-woven is made of 100% polyester fiber by the process of mechanical carding and finally thermobonding at high temperature, because its bonding among the fibers depend upon direct thermo-bonding of the polyester fiber itself, it doesn't contain any chemical adhesive and has better impregnating property, excellent heat resistance and dielectric property etc.

According to the different application habits and quality requirements of our customers, we customises several types available as follows:

The Max. width could be 1250mm, and the weight is as high as 75g, as low as 15g per square meter

Application

1. Substrate of insulation composite materials (DMD, prepreg DMD, DMD70, DMD100), Mica tape, insulation varnished cloth etc.
2. Edge wrapping for motor coils etc.

Product Supply:

1. Packing: Inside: polypropylene film on the roll and textile bags, outside: In Pallet

2. Min Qty: 1,000 Kgs in a lot, and 500 Kgs each size.
